Tom’s ties to New Hampshire began with summers spent here during his formative childhood and adolescent years. He came to conservation real estate and its focus on special properties with valuable natural resources from a background that has included a lifelong love of the outdoors and work in recreation and parks management, real estate brokerage, and with land conservation organizations.

Since founding NH Conservation Real Estate in 2002, Tom has built upon his experiences. In 2015 Tom earned the designation of Accredited Land Consultant, and he is the only real estate broker in New Hampshire to hold this prestigious certification. Although the foundation of the business is working with private landowners, Tom has also collaborated extensively with well-known conservation organizations and government entities throughout New Hampshire to craft real estate transactions that feature meaningful conservation outcomes.
